Delivery FAQS

We aim to have your bedroom furniture with you in 7 working days.

Yes, you can select this option at check out.

Collection will be from our BA Doncaster Factory, Sandhall Stones Road, Kirk Sandall, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN3 1QR.

We aim to have your bedroom furniture with you in 7 working days.

We include a 2-Man Premium Delivery Service for many of our items to ensure your furniture order is delivered in the same condition as it leaves the factory. This service takes 3 working days.
For smaller items a 1-Man Service will be offered which takes I working day.

To ensure bulkier, heavier items are delivered with the same care with which we manufacture our bedroom furniture we offer a Premium 2 Man Room of choice delivery service which is chargeable up to a maximum cost of £150 (UK Mainland only).

Saturday delivery will cost an additional £12.50.

We currently only deliver to UK Mainland. We hope to expand this service in the coming months.

Upon delivery it is your responsibility to check the goods, any alleged defect, shortage, fault, or error must be reported within 5 working days, and before the products are used or fitted.

In the unlikely event of any goods which show sign of Transit Damage, please sign for the delivery as “Damaged” and report to customer services at customerservices@bedroomkit.co.uk within 5 working days.
